I have gained an extensive background in finance and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through my 14 years at Westpac after leaving my career as a nurse. During my time at Westpac, I worked across the Institutional Bank and Commercial Bank in roles such as Senior Relationship Manager and Equipment Finance Specialist.
I became a broker because I enjoy helping all types of customers, both business owners and individuals, with their financing needs and assisting them to grow and achieve their aspirations. Guiding clients through the complexities of securing lending and seeing them achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding.
One of the highlights of my career so far has been leading Westpac Institutional Bank’s Asset Finance business for Queensland and Northern Territories. This role allowed me to assist customers in structuring and funding essential assets for their business, supporting their growth strategies. Additionally, I was honored with Westpac’s Bicentennial Service Honour in recognition of excellence in customer service.
What sets me apart from others in the industry is my extensive experience in relationship management, origination, structuring, credit analysis, and stressed business management. I am an all-round Financial Broker with vast experience and passion in Equipment Finance, which allows me to provide comprehensive and tailored solutions to my clients.
At Astute Wooloowin, I will be assisting with home loans, personal loans, corporate lending, and equipment finance. I work with both business owners and individuals, offering a comprehensive range of services to meet diverse financial needs. My target clients include first-time homebuyers, investors, and families looking to fund their properties and companies who would benefit from assistance with sourcing and structuring debt.
Outside of work, I love all sports, especially supporting the Queensland Reds, Brisbane Lions, and Arsenal. I also enjoy spending time with my three kids, which brings a wonderful balance to my professional life and inspires me to bring fresh perspectives and energy to my work.
Both Simon and Scott were extremely helpful and would respond promptly to any requests we had. They were always polite, helpful, and transparent. I doubt we would have been successful in getting finance approved without their assistance.
